In this two day customized course participants learn to speak confidently in controlled conversations using Narrative Maps™ as their primary guide. With an experienced observer present from start to finish, participants are placed in various real-life scenarios that challenge them to communicate effectively and efficiently in the narrative voice. As the participant grows in confidence in the use of narratives, they begin to adapt to greater challenges (i.e. – meetings, conversations, presentations, small group discussions etc.) At the close of this course participants will become:
