Sharon Ellis

Sharon Q. Ellis is the Senior Engagement Leader at Sheffield Institute, where she leads professional development for Sheffield’s client base.  In this role, she is responsible for designing and leading workshops that help professionals achieve strategic and effective communication.

Sharon has more than 30 years of experience in management and development, coaching professionals to be even more strategic and successful than they were before meeting her.  She brings the strategy, systems and science of a communicating culture to her clients and their organizations.

Sharon’s consulting experience allows her to fulfill her passion for serving clients as a facilitator, partner and coach.  She serves them by motivating professionals through effective and engaging presentations with specialties in developing and implementing long-range plans.  As a qualified Myers-Briggs practitioner, she enhances communication, change and team development.

For the first 20 years of her career, Sharon was a team member and manager with the Fiserv organization.  Her roles there ranged from Account Management to Vice President – Acquisition/Mergers.  In 1998, she was recruited to serve Strong Investments as the President of the Strong Advisor.  During her time at Strong, she also served as the Director of Learning and Development and was responsible for the establishment of Strong University.  Sharon returned to her consulting business in 2001.
