Charley Thornton, Instructor at the Sheffield Institute, is an account director and senior writer for Sheffield Marketing Partners. He has been with the firm since its inception and managed the Sheffield Scholar Program for two years.
While managing some of Sheffield’s largest accounts, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Harris Bank, Charley has sharpened his skills for developing and building client relationships. His relatively recent transition from young student to successful marketing professional provides career inspiration for Institute members. Young professionals can learn from Charley’s business experiences, as well as his writing and storytelling abilities.
Charley was an Evans scholar at Northwestern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in drama. In addition to his work at Sheffield, he is a prolific songwriter and musician.
